Role Overview
We're seeking an ambitious Export Operations & Sales Manager to oversee export logistics & drive business development. You'll be the vital link between suppliers, operational teams & new global buyers ensuring product quality, procedural compliance & timely delivery, while also growing our export footprint.
- Oversee complete export process including supplier coordination, quality control, packaging, documentation, customs clearance & shipment dispatch
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, port authorities, & logistics partners to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with customs, phytosanitary, quality certifications, & health/safety regulations
- Source new global clients across Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe, & North America
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, or related field
- Advanced degrees or export certifications (CILT, CIFFA) preferred
- Minimum 4 years experience in export operations & sales/business development
- Strong knowledge of Indian export processes, customs rules, & shipping procedures from Paradip Port
